Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an IT Finance Project Manager to lead 3–5 cross-functional projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget. You will assemble teams, craft work plans, and manage internal/external resources to meet milestones and deliverables while communicating risks to stakeholders.

This role demands a home office setup and EST-based work hours. Advanced English required; remote work is available with international scope. Prior experience with Oracle EBS, SAP or Workday is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• PMI CAPM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including IT/business projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis skills for finance tech.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal reporting relationships.
• Multiple concurrent projects with complex interdependencies.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of integration between finance systems and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to build consensus among finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Vendor management and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Direct multiple cross-functional project teams to meet scope, time and budget targets.
• Develop and manage project work plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Monitor project performance, adjust plans, and control costs and budgets.
• Identify issues, risks and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment, provide status updates to leadership.
• Support senior PMs on larger programs and drive continuous process improvements.
