The role involves overseeing accounting processes, financial reporting, and collaboration with executive leadership. Ideal candidates possess a degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years of experience, including proficiency in QuickBooks. Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, production summaries, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering accuracy and professional growth.
