Job summary

Freudenberg Productos del Hogar S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Merchandiser to manage visits, merchandise handling, and planogram execution for our Mexico remote operations. The role requires coordinating with stores, communicating prices, and supporting promotional actions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of field sales/merchandising experience, basic inventory knowledge, and strong negotiation and customer service skills. This position offers remote work within Mexico.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with the itinerary of visits in accordance with the work plan.
• Loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Shelf arrangement, execution of the planogram (maintenance, order, cleaning, rearrangement, frontage).
• Make orders for the store from own cedis to store.
• Correct communication of prices and signs.
• Negotiate in store.
• Support in promotional actions.
• Information report of predefined KPI`s.
• Report of competition activities (promotions, new products, etcetera).
• Clarifications to the client, acting as a seller with the consumer.
