Location: Remote from Latin America, ideally from Colombia
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $4,000 - 4,500 USD/month paid via Deel
Commissions: 10% of the yearly ROI on projects delivered, shared between members involved
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Time (30-60min break)

We are looking for a Product Owner who blends strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands‑on AI experience with the discipline of clear process and business value creation. This person must be self‑managed, business‑oriented, and confident leading initiatives that generate ROI, improve KPIs, and accelerate execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering AI‑powered features or projects, is highly comfortable with AI tools, models, and platforms, and is eager to keep learning and researching emerging technologies. Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) is essential to move fast and build scalable solutions without always relying on developers.

In the first 3–6 months, the Product Owner will be assigned to priority roadmap initiatives focused on building and optimizing automation flows using no-code tools like n8n, improving UI/UX by simplifying user journeys and reducing friction, and driving innovation projects involving AI models, intelligent workflows, and application agents. They will work cross‑functionally to analyze bottlenecks, define requirements, evaluate impact with data, and deliver solutions that streamline operations, elevate the user experience, and support the broader product refactor strategy.
