Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency connecting talent with top brands. Their client is a fast-growing DTC cordless power tool brand, seeking a Project Manager / Execution Lead to turn strategy into plans and ship initiatives.

You’ll own cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing, and website builds, working with the CEO from direction to delivery. The role is fully remote, with exposure to US/UK/China/Philippines teams, and offers significant ownership,

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in project management/operations/execution or similar roles.
• Experience shipping physical products in a DTC, consumer hardware, or consumer-brand environment.
• Able to coordinate across US/UK/China/Philippines and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch calendar across product drops, accessory launches, content shoots, website builds, and agency deliverables.
• Manage projects end to end with clear owners, deadlines, priorities, and status.
• Run a weekly execution scoreboard and follow up on blockers and deadlines.
• Hold agencies and senior stakeholders accountable to deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
• Translate founder direction into concise written plans, briefs, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate across teams and time zones (US/UK/China/Philippines).
• Prioritize initiatives with the CEO and communicate progress and escalations.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks before they become bigger problems.
• Keep teams moving quickly with clear communication and accountability.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and become a key execution partner as the company grows.
