Nutanix Indonesia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong focus on hardware support for enterprise servers in hyper-converged environments. You will provide remote assistance to field engineers during hardware replacements, handle hardware-related support tickets, and coordinate with engineering for root cause analyses.

Role requires 2+ years in enterprise hardware support, networking basics, Linux CLI, and experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or AHV.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise hardware support or systems engineering.
• Experience with server hardware replacement and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLANs, connectivity).
• Basic to medium Linux system management with CLI.
• Experience with VMware and/or AHV or similar hypervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to field engineers during hardware replacements.
• Frame problems clearly and escalate to specialized resources when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist with diagnostics and log analysis.
• Document cases and maintain records in the support system.
• Collaborate with customers, field engineers, and vendors to drive timely resolutions.
