Job summary

Sidekick is seeking an experienced eCommerce Digital Designer to transform wireframes and copy into a high-converting landing page. You’ll apply UX/UI judgment and CRO knowledge to reduce hesitation and boost conversions, working from brief to mockup in Figma and Claude Design, then implement live in Replo.

You’ll collaborate with the CGO and Creative Director, operate autonomously, and own the page from concept to live update.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience.
• 3+ years designing for ecommerce/DTC brands.
• Ability to turn copy + wireframe into a design that converts.
• Understanding of customer psychology to address doubts.
• Attention to detail in visuals and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Turn wireframes and copy into a high-converting landing page.
• Design to reduce doubts and hesitations and improve conversion.
• Address feedback visually without being told exact placements.
• Create mockups in Figma or Claude Design and approve before live build.
