Wing is seeking a bilingual E-Commerce Specialist for a remote role. The candidate will manage website operations, optimize product listings, and drive content, SEO, and analytics efforts to improve online performance.

You will coordinate with content creators, influencers, and partners, manage pricing and inventory, and support PPC and social media campaigns from a home office. Remote, global collaboration across teams.

Formación

• At least 1 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance and related industries.
• Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
• Experience with SEO and knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon and eBay platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel.
• Knowledge of CSS Media queries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall operation of the website and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with customer selections.
• Optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions, visuals, and specifications.
• Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams on concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
• Set prices in line with industry trends and sales strategy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain PPC and social media campaigns.
