Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to partner with local BI teams and deliver reporting across campaigns and platforms. The role focuses on reliable data management, dashboards, and KPI reporting, ensuring data quality and governance in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

You will work with Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, harmonizing data sources and mentoring analysts, while aligning with NY time overlaps for global coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong ability to present data clearly and accurately.
• Experience with digital media and web analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage day-to-day workstreams within large analytical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across remote and onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting deliverables and support marketing efficiency through data management and analytics.
• Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Extract data from multiple platforms and perform data hygiene and validation.
• Produce periodic reports and ensure data governance and taxonomy compliance.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Ops teams to integrate new data sources.
• Provide production support for data loads and automate recurring reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with offshore teams.
