Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead analytics and reporting across global teams. You will partner with BI and Data Operations, develop dashboards using Power BI, and ensure data quality and governance while delivering timely insights for marketing and media performance.

The role requires deep experience in BI, strong communication, and the ability to work with offshore and onshore teams. A hybrid setup in Mexico/Colombia is available with overlap in US hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI; knowledge of Tableau or Looker is helpful.
• Strong ability to present data clearly and accurately.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; background in statistics or modeling is a plus.
• Experience in digital media, including familiarity with Google Campaign Manager and web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting deliverables and support marketing efficiency through data management and analytics.
• Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reports; present data clearly.
• Ensure data governance and manage data quality and validation.
