Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years as a Data Analyst with consumer insights or FMCG focus.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong experience with data analysis tools (R, Python, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process datasets related to consumer behavior and market performance.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and correlations in consumer data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize insights.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental analyses to measure marketing impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting and present findings.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout analysis.
• Contribute to development of predictive models for consumer behavior.
