Job summary

Lever, Inc. via a partner company is seeking a Cyber Security Domain Architect based in Mexico.

You will shape enterprise security strategies across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and data environments, defining current-state and target-state architectures and roadmaps. The role emphasizes Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation, Zero Trust, IAM, network segmentation, threat detection, and incident response, with governance and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Security architecture experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing Azure security architectures and cloud governance.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID (IAM) and IAM concepts.
• Experience with VCF and VMware security architecture.
• Familiarity with zero trust and defense-in-depth models.
• Experience documenting ADRs and ARBs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise security architectures across cloud, infrastructure, identity, networking and data environments.
• Develop current-state and target-state security architectures aligned with goals.
• Define security standards, controls, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead security in Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
• Implement security capabilities: Entra ID, IAM, Zero Trust, segmentation, data protection.
• Prepare ADRs and support ARBs with architectural decisions.
• Advise executives on security priorities and trade-offs.
• Support threat detection, incident response, and resilience initiatives.
