Regex SEO is seeking a Marketing Resource Manager to be the operational backbone of client campaigns, coordinating SEO, content, design and paid media to keep campaigns on track and aligned with strategic goals.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize workflows in monday.com, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver measurable results in a fast‑growing agency.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing project management or related roles.
• Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with project management software and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and channels.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, content, and social.
• Manage allocation and scheduling of marketing team members (SEO specialists, strategists, copywriters, designers).
• Drive timelines using monday.com and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as trusted marketing advisor to clients translating objectives into strategies.
• Lead client communications and manage expectations, building partnerships based on performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between SEO, content, developers, and paid media.
• Ensure deliverables are on-brand and high-quality.
