- Develop and execute a data-backed business development roadmap to increase partnerships and referrals.
- Leverage CRM systems (Filevine, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track referrals, engagement levels, and conversion rates, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Implement automated tracking systems to monitor partnership engagement activities, referral performance, and client retention rates.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, ensuring they have the best tools, processes, and insights to excel.
- Build automated dashboards to track team performance, providing real-time visibility into conversion rates, pipeline health and partner engagement.
- Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs based on real-time data, ensuring constant optimization of lead acquisition and conversion processes.
Client Retention & Loyalty Programs (Tech & Data-Optimized)
- Design and execute data-driven client engagement programs, including cheese roll deliveries based on predictive retention analytics.
- Track client sentiment and feedback through automated surveys, using AI-based sentiment analysis tools.
