Tether Ltd. is seeking a Law Enforcement Liaison and Blockchain Investigator to connect advanced blockchain tech with law enforcement efforts. You will decrypt complex virtual currency transactions and translate data into actionable intelligence for investigations.

You will detect potential money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes, supporting public safety and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with legal, cybersecurity, and management teams is essential.

Qualifications

Degree in a related field (criminal, finance, CS, or business).
Experience with blockchain analytics and reporting to authorities.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency transaction patterns.

Responsibilities

Analyze blockchain transactions using advanced analytics to identify illicit activity.
Serve as primary contact for law enforcement; produce clear reports.
Respond to data requests from agencies with timely, accurate information.
Improve investigations by sharing insights on illicit activity indicators.
Stay updated on blockchain tech, trends, and regulatory changes.
Coordinate across legal and compliance teams to meet regulations.
