This role supports both English and Spanish speakers and requires strict confidentiality. The position offers work-from-home arrangements with an approved location and a focus on accurate interpretation of patient histories, diagnoses, treatments, and instructions, plus documentation translation support and ongoing terminology

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Ability to interpret medical conversations accurately in real time.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Accurately and effectively interpret medical conversations, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment options, and instructions.
• Assist with the translation of medical documents and forms.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
• Stay up to date on medical terminology and procedures.
• Build rapport and establish trust with patients and healthcare professionals.
