The role centers on facilitating clear communication between patients and healthcare providers during medical encounters. You will interpret patient histories, diagnoses, treatment options, and instructions, and assist with translating medical documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different dialects and accents.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Highly professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Personal Computer is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
