Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional backend software development with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven expertise in designing and building complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js and their frameworks.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience working in a remote, agile environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs.
• Architect robust, scalable, and highly available systems using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Mentor and guide a team of backend engineers, ensuring code quality through rigorous reviews.

• Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.
