Jobgether is seeking an AI Video Creator & Editor to own end-to-end creatives for Meta and TikTok. You will generate AI footage, edit high-volume ads, and craft hooks and calls to action for rapid testing in a remote, UK-hours environment.

The role emphasizes UGC-style talking-head content, product scenes, and scalable advertising concepts, with collaboration across Creative Strategists and Paid Social teams.

Formación

• 1–3 years in creative or video production with e-commerce or direct-response editing.
• Portfolio showing self-edited conversion-focused ads and AI-generated video work.
• Strong prompting and iteration skills for AI video generation.
• Experience with Meta and TikTok direct-response editing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok ads (UGC-style clips, product scenes, b-roll).
• Edit high-volume direct-response ads combining AI footage with scripts and assets.
• Create hooks, pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, product demos, offers, and CTAs.
• Produce multiple variations to test hooks, scenes, and visual treatments.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across assets and brand assets.
• Add motion graphics using After Effects or equivalents and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to execute briefs and respond to feedback.
• Keep files organized in Google Drive, Frame.io or similar tools.
• Stay updated with evolving AI video models and workflows.
