Scale Up Recruiting Partners invites a creative TikTok Content Specialist to assist in client campaigns and content initiatives across blogs, SEO, and AI-powered workflows. You will collaborate with Campaign Managers and content creators to deliver campaigns on time and maintain organized client accounts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content marketing or related fields, enjoy fast-paced startups, and are proficient with AI tools and CMS platforms. Remote full-time role with global clients.

Formación

• Proven ability to write and edit clear content in English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Experience creating content for TikTok or other short-form video platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Comfort using Notion, Slack, dashboards, CMS, and campaign management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns.
• Schedule content, manage campaign logistics, and publish updates.
• Support blog publishing and content updates; assist with TikTok and other social media posts.
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency; identify improvements.
