Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Application Security Analyst (AI Training) to help train AI systems on how software security breaks in real-world scenarios. You will analyze code, APIs, and system behavior to identify exploitability and to guide remediation strategies.

The role emphasizes clear written communication, independent work, and experience in application or product security. This remote hourly contract offers flexible hours and ongoing collaboration with global AI researchers.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, or software security roles.
• Solid familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common vulnerabilities found in production systems.
• Clear, structured written communication when explaining security concepts and decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and system behavior.
• Classify vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic weaknesses.
• Evaluate secure coding practices and assess the quality of proposed remediation strategies.
• Distinguish genuine, exploitable risk from theoretical or overstated findings.
• Create and validate security-focused datasets to help AI assess application risk.
• Provide structured, clearly written security analysis for high-quality training signal.
