Job summary

EarnIn in Mexico City is seeking a Platform Engineer (I3) to design and deploy AI agents that automate platform operations and streamline developer workflows. You will own Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Argo CD, GitHub Actions, and our Cortex portal, building AI-powered workflows that reduce toil and enable rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering with deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows, not just using AI tools.
• Proven automation of repetitive workflows with AI to improve team productivity.
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and CI (GitHub Actions).
• Strong Go and/or Python coding skills; treat infrastructure as software.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI) and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents that automate platform operations and workflows.
• Eliminate repetitive human-in-the-loop tasks across CI/CD, environment management, and provisioning.
• Evolve Cortex into an AI-augmented self-service platform for developers.
• Implement and maintain GitOps-based delivery with Argo CD and AI-enhanced CI pipelines.
• Operate and evolve Kubernetes on AWS EKS with AI-driven optimization and remediation.
• Strengthen reliability by monitoring SLOs with Datadog and building AI-driven alerts.
