Alignerr Corp. in Mérida is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to help AI coding assistants think more like real developers.

The work is hands-on and requires clear reasoning, code-writer discipline, and independent scheduling. You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and shape prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Clear ability to read, write, and reason about code with precision.
• Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging approach.
• Experience with code reviews or technical writing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
