TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an experienced Reliability Test & Validation Manager to lead a team of R&T engineers.

You will drive standardized Design for Reliability Engineering (DfRE) and Robustness Validation (RV) methods across High-Speed Cable Assembly products, partnering with global COE and multiple engineering functions to ensure robust testing and validation plans. You will mentor design teams, apply DFSS and Six Sigma concepts, and develop comprehensive test plans from EVT through

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with strong reliability focus.
• Extensive experience in high-speed hardware and reliability testing for telecom/data-center domains.
• Proficient in HALT/HAST and developing DV/TV plans with rigorous validation.
• Experience with cross-functional, multi-site teams and global program leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead standardization of DfRE and RV methodologies for High-Speed Cable Assembly products.
• Coach and mentor designers to deliver First Time Right and DFSS improvements.
• Oversee reliability modeling, DOE, validation plans, and accelerated testing.
• Collaborate with PDE/MPDE and AQE to align testing with mission profiles.
• Develop custom test systems and software to meet unique product-line needs.
• Co-develop reliability test plans aligned with LeanPD stage gates.
