Amazon Mexico's Reliability Maintenance Engineering team seeks an Area Manager to lead engineering technicians, train and coach the crew, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance. The role focuses on safety, availability, and adherence to internal processes.

The Area Manager will mentor staff, coordinate with the wider network, and support site safety programs to maintain high equipment uptime and strong team engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience with automated systems.
• Experience with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with network to leverage technical expertise and build solutions.
• Assist site safety and leadership to implement safety programs and compliance.
• Maintain high equipment availability through preventative maintenance.
• Organize training and ensure adequate shift coverage.
