Job summary

Gowan Company is seeking a Regulatory Manager to oversee a portfolio of active ingredients and end-use products. The role coordinates global and regional regulatory activities while aligning with business strategies and regulatory authorities to ensure high-quality submissions and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing registration strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and acting as the technical regulatory liaison for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulatory role within the plant protection industry.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology or related science.
• Knowledge of regional/country registration requirements and policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead regulatory issues for active ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory activities for AI and end-use product portfolio across geographies.
• Implement product registration strategies aligned with business plans.
• Collaborate with Asset leads, Development, Marketing and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory expectations.
• Manage portfolio budget; provide monthly updates to Regulatory Asset leads.
• Ensure submissions are high quality and compliant with regulations and guidelines.
• Serve as the primary regulatory liaison for assigned projects and communicate regulatory information across the company.
