SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking Registered Nurses to relocate to the United States. We sponsor TN visas for eligible nurses and provide relocation and housing assistance, with a guaranteed stay of up to three years and renewable extensions.

Many patients are Spanish-speaking, and English proficiency is required. This full-time position in New Mexico offers comprehensive benefits and a path to permanent relocation.

Formación

• Must have RN license in home country.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
