A leading medical solutions provider is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Mexico to drive sales of the seca TRU device in the fitness and wellness industry. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of sales experience, strong industry knowledge, and excellent client consultation skills. This role involves extensive travel and building relationships with key clients. A challenging and varied job environment offering room for professional growth is provided.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.

Regional Sales Manager – Medical Fitness Industry (Mexico)

As a sales manager at seca Medical Fitness you are part of the seca Mexico Team. You will spread the message in your sales territory that fitness and medicine complement each other and that the seca TRU is the perfect solution for any health and wellness facility to offer their members medical grade body composition parameters measured with the seca TRU. What sets us apart from the competition is that, as a MedTech company, we have long standing medical expertise that, with the help of the seca TRU, is made available to gyms and to ultimately help exercisers train more effectively and live healthier lives. That's why we need you, because you know what moves the world of exercise and what language gym managers speak. We look forward to hearing from you.

Your responsibilities:
  • Consultancy, demonstration and sales of our high‑end medical devices for measuring body composition (bioimpedance)
  • Extensively educate potential clients and distribution partners about the seca TRU, it’s technology, benefits and unique features
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts and relevant Key‑Opinion‑Leaders to support sales, market development and service efforts
  • Act as the main technical, application and sale point of contact for clients and partners in Mexico
  • Driving social media channels (Instagram) as well as online enquiries
  • Build and maintain a network of buyers, KOL and industry influencers in the region
  • Successful acquisition of new customers in the fitness, and wellness sector
  • Work closely together with our distribution partners and plan, direct and monitor the joint activities to achieve established sales targets
  • Develop new distribution channels and programs to meet the organization's sales plans and increase market share across the country Mexico.
  • Take part in trade shows, open days, conferences and organize roadshows and demonstrations
Your qualifications:
  • You are brimming with motivation and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Solid industry knowledge in the fitness, health and wellness industry is highly preferred
  • Solid capacity to drive new concepts in the market and spend the needed time to consult and educate clients and partners
  • Extraordinary ability to “click” with people from the industry and being able to properly address any concern or question professionally
  • High ability to build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through direct and indirect leads
  • Enthusiasm for high end technology and ability to break it down in layman terms
  • Willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the sales territory
  • Understanding of business administration and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Highly self‑motivated, independent and a goal‑oriented work mentality
  • Excellent spoken and written English is highly preferred
