RedBull in Monterrey seeks a Regional On Premise Manager to lead Musketeers and grow the brand in the region. You will train, coach, and manage a high-performing field team while optimizing resources to meet the regional business plan.

You will secure premium activations, manage budgets, and collaborate with national On Premise leadership. Travel 30-40% is required and English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of sales experience with a strong track record.
• 2–3 years of management experience in on-premise/bev industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of On Premise channels, market dynamics.
• Excellent numeric, planning and financial skills.
• Fluent in English; Driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Musketeers to achieve business plan objectives.
• Maintain premium brand standards and On Premise activations.
• Build relationships with key On Premise partners.
• Plan regional budget in line with national strategy.
• Coordinate route planning for outlet coverage.
• Monitor competitor activity and client incentives.
• Travel 30-40%.
