Job Title

Regional Marketing Lead, Americas – Discrete and Emerging Industries

You will report to: Director, Industry Strategy & Marketing

Job location/work arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City

Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of marketing programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for Rockwell Automation's Emerging and Discrete Industries (e.g., warehousing, data centers) within the Americas region.
  • Collaborate with the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director and cross-functional teams across regions and functions, including Regional Sales & Marketing, Industry Teams, and Marketing Function.
  • Own the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of campaign initiatives that drive growth in discrete industries, including inbound/outbound marketing, media outreach, industry events, sales enablement, training, and other customer-focused communications.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget, aligning with the campaign strategy and customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or comparable.
  • Proven experience executing campaigns and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in data centers and warehouses.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Current visa and passport.
