Job summary

306 Borr Drilling Contracting S de RL de CV (Americas) seeks a Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial analysis, budgeting, audits and tax for the region. The role requires close collaboration with rigs and business units to ensure accurate financials and strong internal controls.

Applicants should have accounting/finance credentials, extensive experience, and excellent English communication. Off-shore drilling experience is a plus, and a drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or diploma in accounting/finance.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CMA qualifications preferred.
• Extensive financial experience.
• Experience with offshore drilling environments advantageous.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations for entities.
• Prepare budgeting/roll-forward forecasts for Region/BU.
• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure tax filings are timely and accurate.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, customers, and vendors.
• Oversee accounts payable and inter-company transactions with proper controls.
• Support Rig Managers and cost control with financial insights.
• Prepare BAS for prospective projects and review AFEs.
• Collaborate with Contracts, supply chain, HR and other departments.
