ASMPT SMT Solutions is hiring a Regional Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across Northern Mexico, including Guadalajara and Monterrey. You will drive service excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and partner with customers and cross-functional teams to support growth.

The role requires 7+ years in field service or technical support, proven leadership of technical teams, SMT/electronics manufacturing experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.
