A leading digital services company is seeking a seasoned business leader to head operations across Latin America, based in Mexico. This role focuses on generating B2B sales for gaming platforms and managing relationships with customers and partners. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in digital content sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams. We are looking for a seasoned business leader to head Onmobile operations across Latin America, based in Mexico. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who enjoys building and scaling business in dynamic markets and leading diverse and remote teams.
The candidate will play a strategic role in generating new B2B sales in Latam Region, mainly Mexico and Brazil for the Onmobile Digital Services Gaming platforms across telecom operators.
Managing relationships of customers, the candidate will go throughout the sales cycle through digital prospecting and commercial development missions in order to increase the company's growth and its number of customers.
Identify and develop new markets / countries for Onmobile products including detailed market strategies and business cases, pitching products and services to new customers and offering new services to existing customers.
Create business plan and commercial proposals, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify more effective marketing strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers (Tier 1-Operators) and Partners, being the point of contact for customers and partner related issues.
Lead and develop the Latin America business unit, with full responsibility for regional P, growth strategy and execution.
Manage, mentor and inspire the sales team across different countries in the region.
Drive new business development: identify, prioritize and win new clients, channels and partnerships across Latin American markets.
Build and execute Onmobile go-to-market strategies for new markets and new product / service lines in the region.
Maintain and grow relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring long-term value creation.
Collaborate closely with integral leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to align regional priorities with global objectives.
Monitor Digital Gaming industry market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to anticipate opportunities and risks.
English & Spanish is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
