A global energy services provider in Reforma, Chiapas is seeking an experienced professional to support its Supply Chain department. The role involves preparing complex reports, managing large-scale databases, and tracking invoicing. The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree related to business and has at least two years of relevant experience along with advanced proficiency in Excel and English. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Formación

Job Duties

Under limited supervision, provides support to the Supply Chain department within the Business Control sub-area. Possesses considerable autonomy to complete projects for the immediate supervisor. Assignments generally include tasks such as preparing complex reports, managing large-scale databases and information, maintaining detailed records requiring careful review, tracking invoicing and payment of invoices, classifying or compiling information from various sources, among others. Must use initiative and judgment to organize job details and achieve the objectives required to meet Supply Chain KPIs.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree on International Business, Administration, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on activities related to: tracking invoicing and payment of vendors invoices, managing large-scale databases.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge of Power BI software is desirable.
  • Reside in Villahermosa, Tabasco or nearby area is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is essential.
