Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City (Insurgentes) seeks a Band 3 Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for high-volume roles and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requires 5+ years in recruiting (in-house/agency/shared services), LATAM/Americas experience, strong English, and ability to manage high-volume processes with compliance. Workday Recruiting experience is a plus. On-site in Mexico City with no relocation assistance.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or shared services environments.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries, preferably LATAM or Americas.
• Strong English proficiency to engage and influence candidates.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes with quality and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.

• Execute core recruiting activities including screening, shortlisting, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
• Support complex or senior-level recruitment activities through applicant management and targeted sourcing.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with established processes and service level commitments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment processes through continuous feedback.

• Strong English proficiency with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with Workday Recruiting or similar talent acquisition platforms.
• Experience supporting global or regional talent acquisition organizations within a matrix environment.
• Experience in Innovative Technology is considered a plus.
