Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City is seeking a Manager, Community Adoption to build and scale a self-service AI adoption community across US Commercial. You will lead engagement programs, champion networks, and knowledge sharing to drive sustained AI value.

You will partner with product and enablement teams to capture feedback, measure adoption, and empower local advocates. Fluency in English is required; relocation support is not offered for this role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning, Communications, Healthcare, Digital Technologies, or a related field.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and value realization.

Reimagining Medicine Starts With Our People The Manager, Community Adoption is responsible for building and scaling a vibrant self-service AI adoption community across US Commercial. Reporting to the Director, Self-Service & AI Adoption Lead, this role will drive user engagement through champion networks, peer learning programs, office hours, success stories, and ongoing feedback mechanisms. This position plays a key role in sustaining AI adoption beyond initial deployment by fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and creating a strong community of AI advocates across the organization.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning, Communications, Healthcare, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in community management, change management, customer success, communications, learning operations, business operations, or digital adoption.
• Strong facilitation, communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing Teams, SharePoint, online communities, user groups, or learning networks.
• Ability to influence without authority and foster engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong project coordination and organizational capabilities.
• Experience leveraging data and user feedback to improve adoption outcomes.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with AI tools, digital transformation initiatives, pharma, healthcare, or champion networks preferred.
