Ruhrpumpen is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for local and international roles across operational, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Collaboration with HR teams worldwide is essential to align with talent needs and compensation policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
• Knowledge of recruiting operational, technical, engineering, and administrative positions.
• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessment administration and interpretation.
• Ability to manage candidate databases and track recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and headhunting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and provide timely follow-up throughout the selection process.
• Verify employment references and review all required documentation for new hires.
• Negotiate compensation offers in accordance with the company's policies.
• Represent the company at job fairs, universities, and talent events.
• Maintain collaboration with HR teams across units to support global hiring needs.
• Manage job requisitions in HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, ensuring documentation and tracking.
• Participate in audits related to recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring ISO9001 and ISO17025 compliance.
• Partner with managers to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics and reports to meet departmental objectives.

• Participate in internal and external audits related to recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO17025 management systems.
• Partner with managers and directors to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics and reports to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
