MSCI invites applications for a Real Estate Data Intern. This role sits within the Real Assets Data team and offers hands-on experience with real estate data, analytics, and AI-powered tools that shape investment analysis for global markets.

You will contribute to indexes, benchmarks, and client solutions while collaborating with global teams and supporting data-driven decision making. A 9–12 month commitment and 30–40 hour work weeks are expected.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; preferably 6th semester or later.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Python or VBA desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to production of real estate performance indexes, benchmarks, analytical reports, and bespoke client solutions.
• Research and monitor commercial real estate transactions by tracking industry news, public sources, and third-party data providers.
• Support the management of a portfolio of real estate funds and/or clients by ensuring the accuracy and quality of investment data.
• Investigate and resolve client data inquiries while applying established data methodologies and quality standards.
• Deliver customized analyses and insights to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to maintain strong working relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Participate in key projects, meeting milestones and contributing to successful team outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance data quality and optimize team processes.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support smarter decision-making.
