• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Background in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS or related quantitative field is advantageous.
• Attention to detail with commitment to high-quality data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engagement with fund managers and clients.
• AI proficiency is essential; comfortable integrating AI into workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a comprehensive, high-quality real estate fund dataset from public sources and fund managers.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, QA and investigative analysis.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies and outliers before publication with high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and fund managers to gather information and explain methodologies.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and internal apps to accelerate data collection and quality control.
• Design, optimize, and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
