Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller, currently based in Latin America, to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with cold calling, handling objections, CRM tools
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Real Estate companies using fluent English with neutral accent and a professional tone
Job Responsibilities
  • Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist.
  • Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails.
  • Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM.
  • Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM.
  • Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals.
  • Achieve 500-600 outbound calls per day.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements

Internet Connection:

  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

Primary Device:

  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

Backup Device:

  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.

A functioning webcam.

A noise-canceling USB headset.

A quiet, dedicated home office space.
