Tronos Luxury Living in Cancún, Quintana Roo, is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent for a hybrid role. You will source and manage premium residential and investment listings, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process.

You will prospect and qualify leads, present investment proposals, and coordinate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and partners, while maintaining accurate market data and collaborating on marketing and investment structures.

Formación

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local property regulations.
• Strong real estate market knowledge for high-value residential/investment properties.
• Proven sales abilities: prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, closing.
• Excellent customer service with relationship-building and expectation management.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hybrid work capability and ability to work independently or with teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role in a hybrid work model, based in Cancún, ROO, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Real Estate Agent will source and manage premium residential and investment property listings, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, providing high-quality client service, preparing and presenting investment proposals, and coordinating negotiations between buyers, sellers, and partners. The role also involves maintaining accurate market and property data, collaborating with internal teams on marketing materials and investment structures, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will represent Tronos Luxury Living’s brand and values while building long-term relationships with clients and investors.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real property regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge, including experience with residential and investment properties in high-value areas.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and transaction closing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools.
• A background in real estate investment, finance, or related fields, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, is highly valued.
