Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced React Native developer to join our mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate will work across iOS and Android, contributing to scalable mobile apps and participating in code reviews.

You will face a coding assessment, lead remote teams across time zones, and implement CI/CD pipelines with focus on state management and native performance.

• 4+ years of React Native experience.
• 4+ years of native mobile development experience (iOS or Android).
• Experience building pipelines and automating deployment processes.
• Hands-on coding experience with a coding assessment.
• Must be able to work in the US Mountain Time zone.
• Good communication skills.

• Understanding of state management libraries.
• Must know either Swift or Kotlin.

(We are not looking for React developers with mobile development experience or someone who has worked on React Native for only 1-2 years.)

Must have:

• 4+ years of React Native experience.
• 4+ years of native mobile development experience (iOS or Android).
• Experience building pipelines and automating deployment processes.
• Needs to have hands-on experience and should be able to code. (There will be a coding assessment.)
• Must be able to work in the US Mountain Time zone.
• Needs to have good communication skills.
• Ability to lead remote teams across time zones.
• Understanding of state management libraries.
• Must know either Swift or Kotlin.

Preferred:

• Experience writing bridge code in Kotlin or Swift if needed.
• Experience publishing NPM libraries.
• Any GitHub or other repositories that we can review.
