Job summary

Mars is seeking a Process Manager to lead development, implementation and scale-up of process technologies across its domestic factory network and co-manufacturers. This role bridges R&D innovation and supply chain execution, ensuring new products and capacity expansion initiatives are scaled, commissioned, and handed over to manufacturing units.

Qualifications

• Robust experience in process development, technology implementation, and scale-up in FMCG or similar fast-moving environments.
• Experience in line management, coaching, and developing technical talent is highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing process technologies, process constraints, and a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Ability to translate consumer needs and R&D formulations into viable, scalable industrial manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Technology Development, Implementation & Scale-Up: Define and establish process capabilities for new products and raw materials, ensuring seamless scale-up and handover to the factory network.
• Strategy & Program Delivery: Co-develop and execute the local process development strategy, delivering on innovation, product performance, quality, and cost optimization.
• Engineering Collaboration & Asset Planning: Define technology and equipment requirements for new assets or expansions in collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Process Standardization: Drive global manufacturing standards across the regional network.
• Cross-Functional Integration & Business Support: Align with Supply Chain, Planning, and Product Development to translate projects into operational reality.
• Associate Leadership & Talent Pipeline: Lead and develop a team of Process Development and Implementation R&D Associates.
