Sunon Furniture is seeking an experienced leader for their R&D team in Ciudad de México. The role involves managing product design and innovation efforts, ensuring the excellence of design aesthetics, and conducting structural research to enhance functionality. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in industrial design, a deep understanding of CMF applications, and proven leadership skills. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to facilitate collaboration with international teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or product design, preferably in office furniture.
• Deep understanding of CMF application and prototyping skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the R&D team in product design and innovation.
• Oversee the design process for excellence in aesthetics and market relevance.
• Conduct research and experiments to enhance product functionality.
