Overview

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. This position requires fluency in English; please provide your CV/resume in English.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
• Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
• Monitor quote process daily.
• Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
• Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending.

What We’re Looking For

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
• Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.
• Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
