MacroFab, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician (QA/QC + AOI Programming) to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies. You will develop AOI programs, perform in-process and final inspections, and support CAPA/NCR to drive defect reduction and process improvement onsite in Houston.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AOI programming experience, IPC/ISO awareness, and strong attention to detail to help deliver world-class products to customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years in electronics manufacturing, quality inspection, or AOI programming preferred.
• Experience with SMT/PCB assembly environments strongly preferred.
• Hands-on AOI programming and operation experience with listed systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-process and final inspections of PCBAs and electronic products.
• Verify workmanship meets IPC-A-610, customer specs, drawings, and quality standards.
• Create, modify, and optimize AOI programs for new and existing products.
• Maintain inspection records and participate in CAPA and NCR processes.
