Carrier is seeking a Quality Supervisor onsite at Plant F in Santa Catarina, NL, Mexico, to oversee quality control activities and ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.

The role leads inspection and testing, supervises quality personnel, and supports the development of quality systems, procedures and standards, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience supervising quality personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control systems, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with corrective action processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.

This role leads inspection and testing activities, supervises quality personnel, and supports the development and implementation of quality systems, procedures, and standards.
