Abbott is hiring a Quality Release Technician in Querétaro, Mexico. You will perform in-process and final product inspections, review device history records and associated documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and GMP standards.

As part of the manufacturing team, you will assist engineers with quality support, participate in verifications and validations, and help maintain release schedules to avoid line downtime.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required).
• 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 desirable.
• Knowledge of good documentation practices.
• Experience reviewing quality documents (batch records, COAs, inspection reports).

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-process and final product inspections against specifications.
• Audit production operations and document inspections.
• Collect, summarize, and analyze data; monitor critical-to-quality parameters.
• Assist with verifications, qualifications, and validations of equipment, product, and processes.
• Maintain area release goals and control plans to prevent line downtime.
• Support documentation resolution of nonconformances and engineering tasks.
• Train technicians and certify procedures for the area.
• Coordinate priorities with area team members.
• Request vendor certifications and provide conformance certificates as needed.
