Confie, the leading independent personal lines insurance broker, is seeking a Quality & Process Excellence professional to support continuous improvement in its Tijuana operations. You will identify gaps, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and drive performance metrics across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, process standardization, and strong Excel reporting. English proficiency and call center experience are valued, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Advanced English Proficiency (B2+).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (plus).
• Excel and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational gaps, process bottlenecks, and quality risks through structured analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, and RCA.
• Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.
• Utilize Pareto analysis, trend analysis, control charts, and KPI monitoring.
• Lead calibration sessions, improvement reviews, and accountability meetings.
