Procter & Gamble is seeking a Quality Microbiologist Manager at the Mariscala Plant. You will lead microbiological quality assurance initiatives, analyze data, and drive risk-based improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, QA systems, and cooperation with Engineering and Operations to strengthen compliance and prevent deviations. Start date is as soon as possible and prior QA leadership is valued.

Formación

• Background in microbiological quality assurance and data analysis.
• Experience with quality systems and risk assessment in manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to learn and apply QMS tools and data visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly/annual trend analyses of microbiological data for sites.
• Support microbiological risk assessments and Data Integrity assessments.
• Manage CAPAs, investigations, and NCRs related to microbiological observations.
• Contribute to reducing microbiological deviations and improving quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Operations on daily quality actions and renewals.
• Assist in training on microbiological quality requirements.
